Delivery and Return
We deliver our products in Sweden and around the world. All our shipments are tracked. For each package shipped, we send you a personal tracking number to track the progress of the delivery of your order.
Depending on your location, delivery costs vary:
- For a shipment to Sweden, the shipping costs are 5.90 €€€
- For a shipment to Europe, the shipping costs are 8.90 €
- For an international shipment, the shipping costs are € 15.90
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
1 / Clothing (Tshirt, sweatshirt, hoodie)
- In Sweden, the delivery time is 4 to 7 working days
- In Europe, the delivery time is 6 to 12 working days
- For an international shipment, the delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.
2 / Accessories (backpack, cap, hat, ...)
- In Sweden, the delivery time is 5 to 10 working days
- In Europe, the delivery time is 7 to 12 working days
- For an international shipment, the delivery time is 10 to 15 working days.
Have you received your items but the size or fit does not suit you? No worries, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the affected products to us.
Any return or exchange request must be reported. by email to our customer service at email@example.com . The customer must attach to his request, the order number concerned by the return, the designation of the product (s) concerned by the return, and specify whether it is a request for exchange or refund.
For a compliant return, the clothes must be unworn, unwashed, unretouched, with their label, returned in their original packaging, and if possible accompanied by the delivery slip received in the order. If you do not comply with these obligations, we may deduct an amount up to the full value of the item, depending on the devaluation that your treatment of the product will have caused.
Following receipt of the return and its processing, we create a credit note (within 15 days of receipt of the package) in the form of a gift card valid for 1 year. '' an amount equal to the value of the returned items and the delivery costs if the order is returned in its entirety. You can then place a new order on all of our references.
No refund, exchange or credit will be made before receipt of returned products.
We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim. In addition, packages for which the identification of the customer (name, first name, address, order number) will not be possible, will be refused. Return costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
